Does anybody find their symptoms are worse with lack of sleep? If I have a particularly bad night's sleep my balance is off (more than usual) and my arms/legs sometimes feel achy. I just wondered if this is a common experience.
Thanks.

Hi Awil I think that that is what is to be expected when one is over tired from lack of sleep, the thing is to be aware of it and take extra care the following day.
I wish you well.
I’m going through the same thing today. I slept about 4 hours last night. I woke up feeling ok but around noon my back started aching, my feet went numb and I’ve felt generally achy all over. This is after 4-5 decent days of very low symptoms. I will say that today was my weekly injection day which I got this afternoon. I’m currently taking once a week injection while trying to dial in an injection schedule that works for me. As of right now I would say I should be on a 5-6 day injection cycle but all of this is so new to me and not sleeping well last night doesn’t help. Hopefully it’s all about finding the right frequency injections.
Very common for me. I have started to make myself take a nap every day, I feel much better when I do.
Definitely. I can only get to about 6 pm and I'm on the bed . I've not had an evening for months and months. Very odd sort of fatigue. Have learnt not to push as always sets me back.
This happens to me. Feel rotten when tired
Very much so. I guess it is - less sleep - less healing, and more strain on the system.
