How much to supplement to repair neuro damage

So my level was 560 and I realize no doctor is going to think I need shots, but I’m still convinced my problems are b12. How would I get my levels up with supplements to repair nerve damage? Would I use high dose supplements a couple times a day or lower doses several times a day?

I would suggest to take lower doses multiple times a day. This will provide a constant supply throughout the day.

yes, you can start with it and see how your body responds.

I take 1000mcg daily of sublingual tablet and my last blood test now still around th 940 mark - seems settled on that so body is getting rid of excess as it should do.. GP's think 440 is mark but cant overdose due to body itself so go for a supplement daily and 1000mcg - should be available in UK if not ship it from Australia - Thompson's of Australia ship and make the one I take and they are good guys - if say 1000mcg there is, unlike others I have tried in the past.

Got rid of nerve pain - but also adding blackberries helps. Seems any black fruit has flavoroids that are used by our bodies to keep healthy and blackberries have most of these. I buy frozen, as do most veggies as no waste and there when I need them. Defrost in boiling water for dinner but can defrost the blackberries in the oven if forget etc. I also add raspberries and blue berries as these are good for us as well as a couple of bits of strawberries for Vit K.

Good luck with the Schillings Test. It needs radioactive cobalt and that hasn't been available since the end of the cold war.
