Hi all, I’m just about to order for the first time. I’m just wondering how you go about getting the needles to inject and also how you dispose of these. Thanks xx

Medisave is a good company to use to get the needles and syringes, alcohol wipes and plasters. They are quite reasonable and good service. Good luck.
Disposal varies around the country. My local council will pick up and replace sharps bins. Some people use local needle exchange schemes. Others use the vet. Some use a pharmacy.
You can buy sharps bins on Amazon.
