For the past 6 months my b12 injections have been increased to two monthly instead of 3 monthly.
However im finding that my left arm and top of my back feel like i have got permanent sunburn. Is this normal? Or should i go back to 3 monthly injections as my levels are staying up in the accepted zoneadvice would be appreciated

Hi Sandra_Holmes_R I'm not medically trained but I guess the treason for the increased frequency was due to your still having neurological symptoms on the three monthly regime.
Could it be that the B12 is still repairing the nerve damage caused by the original deficiency?
If you are really concerned have a word with your doctor or maybe your local pharmacist to have a look at the affected skin - it may even be a form of acne - which is not uncommon with hydroxocobamalin.
