Hi as from my previous posts . I had my doctor telling me I should stop injections as b12 was high at 2000 . I wanted to ask if one could feel very down and anxious after 2 weeks without as that’s the way I’m feeling

From personal experience Andy, yes, I often feel down and anxious because of PA. Even with high levels in my system. Unfortunately it appears to be a part of the complaint. Haven't felt too bad lately. I have tried putting on a patch when that happens although my readings are good but it didn't really make a lot of difference. On the other hand, it actually kept me more wakeful as there was high levels, and that increased my depression because sleep wouldn't come and I was so tired. Maybe someone with more understanding can help you better...Maybe Gambit can help us understand this better. Hope you feel better soon 🌞

Bless you Andy. It's looking a bit doubtful if I will get there tomorrow because of weather. The yellow weather warnings are in place for Wednesday and Thursday. Gales gusting to over 60mph which means that I won't be able to reach the bus stop which is a bit down the road. Not only that, it's a long open country road to town and buses have been known to blow of the road or get bits ripped off and blown right over the hills. Cars also have been seen lying in ditches. The Ferry from here to Aberdeen has been geared to leave early and both are cancelled tomorrow. The wind is rising as I write.

Hope you get things sorted out and feel better soon. I'm not well versed in any of these things but there are a few who have a lot of knowledge about it. I feel that when I start to get hung up on it all, that it makes me feel worse and the anxiety much worse, so tend to not do too much about it. Do hope and pray you get help.

Apologies for using up space about our weather situation. 🌞
