I’m having Cyanocobalamin B12 loading injections at the moment is it ok to take the Methyl sublingual B12 by mouth between injections? Also can anyone recommend a good B complex

Some people find they have a bad reaction to methylcobalamin. Others find that oral supplements don’t help. The only way is to give them a try.
