Did you just have one injection a month ago? or did you have a series of injections a months ago.

Usually when B12 is injected to treat absorption problems is given as a series of 'loading' shots and then followed up with maintenance doses rather than being given as a single shot.

It can take months to feel any effect and some people actually feel worse before they feel better.
