Vision problems

Hi guys, what like to know what vision problems yous suffered with low b12 levels? Also other symptoms. Hope yous are well x

I found that my vision became blurry and that I had trouble focusing which wasn't helped by a lack of concentration. Driving and looking at computer screens was really hard to do.

I now have a macular condition (chronic central serous retinopathy). This has been attributed to the physical stress on my body from having untreated b12 deficiency for a long time - blood level of 76 and lower giving me ms type symptoms.

The GPs I saw through all this were dreadful - my vision difficulties were repeatedly dismissed. If they had been more aware of b12 deficiency I would have had treatment earlier and they wouldn't have missed the macular condition of which I had classic symptoms.

I now have 'holes' in my vision in both eyes so I would say to anyone to please persist with the GP but also see an optician asap - failing that go to the nearest emergency eye clinic.
