Hi i took 3 does of cipro and my hands and feet started tingling straight away so i stopped. After about a month my symptoms completely cleared, but went back to the gym monday and they have come back but not as strong, will i fully recover in time or not?

Not sure what you mean by 'cipro'? 'Cipro' usually refers to ciprofloxacin, an antibiotic, which is not used to treat B12 Deficiency - if this is what you have (or think you have).
Folks here will need more information in order to offer advice, for instance, have you been diagnosed with B12 Deficiency or Pernicious Anaemia. If so, do you have any form of B12 treatment - and what frequency of injections (if you have them).
Also useful to know what symptoms you have, what investigations have been done, and if you have any other medical conditions.

I would read the Hormones Matters articles about fluoroquinolone toxicity and follow the advice on the Facebook Fluoroquinolone Toxicity Group. Many "floxies" also have Lyme which may have been the cause of the vitamin deficiency.
