Is my folate low

Hi folks, I've been feeling quite dizzy lately along with tiredness, little breathless, feel like I have vertigo, have weird headaches as if I'm dehydrated type of headache, can't concentrate etc just feeling out of sorts and and no energy. I went through my old blood results from beg of April and the only thing that looked at low end of scale was my folate and I'm wondering if its maybe the cause of me being tired etc. Results are below

Vitamin B12 355 Deficient <145 pmol/L

Insufficient 145 - 250

Consider reducing dose >569

Serum Folate. 15.40 8.83 - 60.8 nmol/L

Your folate is well above the bottom of the range. Folate doesn’t have the problems that the B12 test does, so that’s a believable result.

Have you had thyroid, Vi. D and HbA1c tests?

I'm due to see my endo next week so will have my t3 and 4 checked then. The way I feel with the tiredness, dizzyness and nausea is not something I've had in the past, yes I've had the tiredness but not the other symptoms.

How's my b12 look to you

I can only say that I was having those symptoms and my folate level was above the upper end of the scale.

And did it turn out your symptoms were related to folate

Unfortunately I don't know what the cause is

I was having exactly the same symptoms until I increased my methylfolate to 8000mcg a day.
