Are you keeping a log book of food meds and symptoms. With self injections you have sort of become your own guinea pig so continuous monitoring is important to understand how your body and symptoms react.

Are you supplementing with a daily multivitamin to support metabolism as Get B12 will kick it into high gear.

You also need gentle range of motion exercises to stimulate nerves and their repair.

You will also learn that Pain is a good symptom as it can indicate a better conducting nerve. Ask about this later.

No multivitamin, only other minerals and vitamins.

Thinking of cutting bread and dairy out.

Think more water helps, and cardamom.
