Feel amazing! Had my first B12 injection. Took whole 10 ml bottle, also had 20000 mcg of sublinguals, folate, mct oil,+ cardamom beforehand.

Guess I got excited?

Took whole bottle.

Guess if your symptoms are bad, injections are the way to go.

Came across PA Society post about injections vs other methods, yesterday? Cld have seen it before, not sure. May have woke me up, and prior (just recentlyl, the Pharmacist mentioned they carry injections. So maybe it was a sign, albeit a late one lol.jk. learned other things on the way, as we all are ..

Seems so quickly. Think hearing is better, ears feel like they've cleared up too, if that makes sense.

Brain seems like its working, and to think I was struggling just yesterday, and thought I was doing 'good'.

Fl17. Just a word of caution (to keep you safe).

The absolute maximum amount of liqiud (mls) that may be injected into the thigh is 5mls - and this is only for occasional injection, for certain drugs, by medical professionals. So...10mls in one injection is far too much - it greatly increases the risk of side effects (abscess etc.) and can result in significant pain. Repeating this again will greatly increase the risk.

Suggest you stick to injecting one or a maximum of 2 mls per B12 injection.

B12 is available in higher concentration (1.5mg in 1ml / 2ml or 10mg in 2ml) if you need a higher dose of B12 per injection.

Keep safe 😉😀.

Feeling good, out of fish oils.

Think the injections are helping.

Better B12 absorption?
