So far so good, and im ovulating, and doing good. Also took some more turmeric. Dont know if green tea helped lol, interfere that is with absorption. Took it. One b12 sublingual before and one after? Tea.

Hope this lasts, 'permanent' brain damage symptoms seem to be fading.

Careful with turmeric. Recent studies pointed to lead contamination, purposely added to enhance color. journals.sagepub.com/doi/pd...

Stick with certified organic brands and be sure to take with pepper and a little fat to increase absorption:

As for taking green tea and turmeric, a study showed this combination to be helpful for leukemia patients so you may be onto something: ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articl...
