when you had diagonised and what was your b12 level and do you have vertigo with balancing problem or only balancing problems.iam having balancing problems from 5 months of my deficiency..

My B12 was very low when diagnosed at 66, had no balance problems for the first decade or so, but the last several years I experience problems with balance when standing still. As long as I am touching a wall or rail etc, I am OK. I don,t know why I have vertigo now but not before. I get B12 injection every week now, up until a year ago it was once a month.

Where can I buy B12 injectable in Germany,are they available in any pharmacy.I have family who live in Germany,so I could easily buy some if all pharmacies carry it there.
