My b12 is 2000 and my vitamin d is 24 which is low that worry me a lot can someone help

Have you been supplementing B12? If you have, your bloods will show very high results, no matter what is 'available' for your system to use. Labs say there's little point in testing once you have started to supplement.

You need the reference ranges for both tests to look at how high or low they actually are, btw!

Vitamin D seems quite low - and NICE guidelines actually recommend everyone should supplement in the winter months because we don't get enough sunlight (unless you're posting from somewhere bright and warm!)

I haven’t I’m going to the on Friday to do that I use to take the b12 vitamin the gummy but not a lot one thing I use to eat the beef liver a lot I’m so stressed out about that b12

when did you stop supplementing B12 - it can take a very long time for levels to drop - 3-6 months and in some cases more.
