new to numbness to lower legs and balance problems

this problem started some 2 yrs ago and I have had consultations with orthopaedic consultants (yes more than one) podiatry consultant and my doctor but none mentioned a possible cause may be B12 deficiency this came to me reading an article in daily mail dated 28th march 2018 frankly I,m speechless I,m well aware that it might not be to do with my case, but at leased I can get a test which will give me a feeling that someone has taken an interest.
