Are test results from Blue Horizon or Medichecks valid for medico-legal reports?

Does anyone know if test results from private companies like Blue Horizon Medical or Medichecks are valid for medico-legal reports or if they are admissible evidence in Court?

think the best people to ask are the companies providing the tests.

Ask the labs and/or look on their websites for accreditation to ISO 15189 "Medical Laboratories - Particular requirements for quality and competence". Accreditation should be by The United Kingdom Accreditation Service (UKAS).

In Australia results from an unaccredited lab are likely to be challenged in court. Not sure what the position is in the UK, but it is probably similar.

You can search the UKAS website to see if a particular lab is accredited:
