Signs of overdosing...

You have probably read about my story. How from being completely sick to feeling healthy. Today was my fifth injection in a row and i was feeling good until 2-3 hours ago. I feel like i am overdosing. My heart rate is normal but i feel weird ,like i drank too much caffeine but without the increased heart rate caffeine gives you. Also my breath smells weird. But i already feel better . I drank a lot of water and went to the bathroom and that helped.

Anyway i will stop the daily injections , and i will do the 6th injection probably after a week.

you could also try smaller doses more frequently - eg half the dose and see if you get the same problems.

Are you supplementing with folic acid as well?

Im glad your at least feeling somewhat better even if temporary some synptoms can get worse or change before entirley getting better (just thinking of my lung and heart pains becoming horrid discomfort and like worms that kept me up all night before it all disappeared, with moments of better and moments of worse...not the same i know at all just trying to think of posibilities as in maybe these symptoms are damaged parts of you healing like it was with my chest ?) my breath smells wierd but my partner puts that down to my being british and my horrid teeth jaha... as f9r tye feeling weird i went very up and down emotionally very quick and acted quite strange .... but we put it down to the stress amd scaryness of the situation amd the whole fear of death, pain and so on.... im not in your situation so i dont know but could it be somthing simlar to this? Most 9f what im refering to was during recovery from dibilitation and respitory stuff though so it may be irrelevant appologies if it is...ooo ive also heard as recover other vits like D and magnisuiem can be drained....just throwing ideas out

This may not be the B12 that is at issue. They use 10,000 times the dose that you would get to treat cyanide poisining - without overdosing. You may wish to consider if something else is going on. The first thing that you need to check out is diabetes. This can make you feel tired. It can also make you feel weird and your breath smell "fruity" or like nail polish. This would be acetone from your bloodstream. The drinking of water is also a clue. If this is the case you are in danger of ketoacidosis (not good). You need to get your blood-sugars checked out quickly to eliminate this possibility. If it turns out to be diabetes it is beyond the scopeof this forum. Best of luck - and please act quickly.

Hi, I’ve just read your post on thyroid uk. 125mcg of T4 and 75mcg of T3 is quite a large dose, could it be this that’s causing your problem? How long have you been taking this dose and have you had thyroid tests done recently?

I have stopped taking thyroid drugs 2 weeks ago. I had tried everything except b12. Also i don't have diabetes, i have done the tests.

I feel good generally. The only thing i have not tested is testosterone. I will check that too.

It could be low potassium, B12 injections will deplete potassium stores so you need potassium rich foods and drinks. Coconut water is a good way of replacing lost potassium.
