B12 increased still head pressure

i have diagonised with b12 deficiency 5 months back.everything is fine but feeling rare vertigo and always head pressure i stopped supplements 2 months back then my b12 was 700(230-930).one ENT said it's a vestibular migraine but my neurologist confirmedjust beacuse of high haemoglobin.in the initilal stage it was 17.6(when i was with b12 deficiency and high RCB ). i have donated blood almost one month ago from then my vertigo is gone iam having good balance,i had dizziness only one time that may be because of vertigo medication, but still feeling head pressure.please anyone help me on this???
