looking back over your results it does look as if you don't have a B12 absorption problems and your cells are getting enough B12 to recycle MMA which implies that they have enough B12 for everything else.

No. My diets really good. Milk.eggs cereal high protein yogurts meat sources. Only taking iron occasionally so that it doesnt drop. My hands were very swollen this morning driving in the car. They are still swollen now but not as bad
