Petlamb - have closed down responding on your other pictures so replies are easier to refer back to - nothing you have done wrong - just trying to make things easier.

Your lymphocytes are a bit high - which may just mean an infection - not an expert - but they are only just high.

The B12 is indeterminate if you haven't yet been diagnosed or had loading shots. If this is after you have had loading shots then likely that you are being undertreated.

Thanks Gambit62 I was confused about reasons they were turned off but I understand now. It seems strange but most times I get bloods done I have raised lymphocytes and I haven't been feeling well. As for b12 I'm not receiving treatment they say I don't need any .last May my b12 was down to 152 range here is 150-1000 ..they ordered extra blood tests but that week I took high dose vitamin c before I knew there was to be another blood test because I had a infection that had lasted a month .the new test showed raised levels of b12 to over 400.I asked the doctors to 're test a month later as I thought the vitamin c had caused a false reading. Drs refused.

So anyway I look at it b12 isn't good I don't know if the changes in levels show I'm not absorbing or not .

My vitamin D is slightly low too

pet-lamb - a bit confused by the B12 rising to 400 - when did that happened - and had you been supplementing at all?

That was in May 2017 Gambit62 I had the first blood test done at beginning of May my b12 was 152 as I say range here is 150-1000 .

But a couple of weeks later doctors did a second blood test this time my levels had shot up.

I queried the rise and asked for a third test to be done to confirm and clarify which of the two levels were correct. I wanted to wait a few weeks first but doctors refused. since then my levels have dropped .

thanks pet-lamb. Dropping from 400 to 200 is indicative of an absorption problem.

Have you had a liver panel done. sometimes damage to the liver can cause 'dumping' of B12 raising levels - though generally that results in B12 levels getting very high - but if your B12 levels were running down because an absorption problem meant that the stores in your liver weren't being fully replenished then ... but that is only one possible scenario.
