Iron deficiency question

I'm satisfied with my MD but I have a question.

I SI every other day; take folate and b6; magnesium and D3. Since May.

New symptom - breathing difficulties and crippling fatigue. Since not much iron is needed, would a multi with iron help? I had iron panel done in May and it was within range.

Can all the stuff I'm taking throw iron off balance? Thanks!

Get iron retested ASAP.

Try to get a full set of tests done - if you have PA then there is, unfortunately, quite a good chance that you may also develop auto-immune thyroiditis (hashimotos) ... so really worth ruling that out,

I had a full panel of tests in May which uncovered my b12, folate, b6 and magnesium deficiencies. Iron and thyroid was normal.

still worth getting retested - May was several months ago and things can change - if you have problems with B12 and folate they can also affect iron
