Hi everyone....I got my blood test results back and b12 has gone from 160 to 275....active b12 was 104 that's with taking a 1/4 of 1000mcg tablet...intrinsic factor was negative...potassium was 4.3. I still have bouts of crying all day and supersensitive to every little thing. I don'nt think I have PA but I do have Parietal cell damage as I had that test years ago. Can anyone tell me if 104 active b12 is high enough to heal anything. Thanks

unfortunately both the active and the serum B12 test aren't going to be useful in deciding whether you have enough B12 at this point - you need to go by whether your symptoms are improving or not.

Thanks Gambit62...I will just keep plodding along and hope that my anxiety and phobias fade when My b12 is high enough...I did read someone else fixed their's with b12. I have lost my confidence and I am struggling to get it back
