I have had a pain on my right side for just over a year. I have ultra sound scans, blood test etc to see if there is anything wrong with gallstone, kindeys, liver and everything always come back clear.
My dad had a hernia operation 2 weeks ago and i was googling hernias and saw hiatus hernia symptoms and thought i could have that or my search took me to low stomach acid, i saw the doctor 3 weeks ago he gave me naproxen for the pain but thet did nothing if anything caused more pain.
So with my new found knowlegd i booked an appointment to the doctors asking for an endoscopy, instead i got given omprezole and told it couldnt be low stomach acid as it doesnt cause the symptoms i have.
I was so angry that he dismissed so quickly, i cried walking out. He told me to have some LFTs and U&Es stating i never had them done (had them done at leadt 5 times in the last year) and then go back in two weeks and he will have to think of other things it could be.... angry is an understatment!!
I have no appitite at the moment, my stomach never rumbles and if it does it doesnt feel like its in the right place, i am in chronic pain, my throat feels like it is full wierdly and constantly hoarse. Fed up with my doctors

have you tried posting your most recent results on TUK to see what they say.
subclinical gallbladder issues that don't show on scans or blood tests. I had this for years and became very sick. Finally had it removed two weeks ago after running a fever, constant nausea, weight loss and basically grinding to a halt. It was found to be inflamed, infected and full of stones.
