are these results private or test done by doctor.

If private - share them. ask him to evaluate a potential B12 deficiency on the basis of symptoms rather than the score

and ask to be put on B12 loading doses and given a script for folate which you should start 24 hours after the first B12 shot.

he may want to repeat tests if they were private ... and if you don't have any signs of macrocytic anaemia refer him back to the guidelines - 25% of people don't have macrocytosis when they first present.
