Hi all
I am on number 4 of my loading b12 jabs
Just wondering how long it may be before I see a small twinkle of improvement?
Going on holiday today and can't stay awake! Lol

How long is a piece of string chrissytipps ? Sadly there is no fixed timetable for improvement as we are all different.
It is not uncommon for some symptoms to appear to get worse before they get better as the B12 starts repairing the damage done to your nervous system and your brain starts getting multiple messages from part of the body it had "forgotten about" or lost contact with.
I sometimes liken it to a badly tuned radio on which you have turned the volume up high trying to catch the programme you want when all of a sudden the signal comes in loud and clear and the blast nearly deafens you.
A lot will depend on the severity and longevity of your B12 deficiency as to how long before there is no further improvement or recovery. Some symptoms will "disappear" quite quickly whereas others may take months or even years.
I hope you manage to get plenty of rest on your holiday and wish you well
Thankyou so much clive alive for your time to reply
So many different opinions and actually I have to say I think I'm with you on this one !
Absolutely no change ATM and I feel I have had PA for many years ... it's a watch and wait game is t it ..
The holiday is fantastic!
Loving turkey and can't believe I have never been before... will be returning:))
Everyone differs depending on symptoms but it took me 10-12 injections when I noticed some real difference but I decided to Self Inject after hearing all the stories about GP's not giving you proper treatment.
I injected 1 per week for about 12 weeks then cut down to 1 per month. After experimenting I now inject 1 in 2 weeks which I feel is right for me together with 300ug of Folic Acid daily.
It's an individual thing but don't worry you'll get there.
Wish you best of health.
