Newly diagnosed b12 deficiency advice please! - Results update.

I have 2 lots of results printed out, so this is the first. Strangely my B12 results on either? I asked at the surgery why and they didn't know. But it is recorded in the GP's notes as 111.

Make sure your folate and ferritin are both at good levels. I'd also check Electrolytes (Potassium and Magnesium). B12 tends to use up much of your electrolytes when working to create new/quality blood cells.

I will add tha to the list of tests I am askingr for when I go in next week to see my GP.
