Just like to thank everyone who has replied to my questions all have helped me also I don't feel so alone l look after my 84 year old mother she doesn't understand she needs so much help as she can't walk anymore so it's great to be in contact with people who do understand thank you all again

Yes I get help 4 times a day total 1 and a half hours each day not much but it helps she will go for rest bite when I take holidays total 18 days each year may I am finding it difficult because I am low in folic acid on tablets so I should improve
