Neurological Features

I was diagnosed with Horner's Syndrome last March and spent two weeks in hospital having various tests done and all came back normal. Symptoms are eye lid lag and difference in pupil size. I've also been having trouble with high blood pressure. Anyone else experience these symptoms along with PA?

Hi mcdonnellsiobhana having had P.A. for over 45 years I personally do not "recognize" your symptoms as something I have suffered.

I'm not medically trained and can only suggest that if you are worried about P.A. you ask your doctor to test your serum Vitamin B12 and serum Folate.

I wish you well

High blood pressure is something that is associated with B12 deficiency - effect of not having enough B12 to recycle homocysteine would be one of the causes.

Not come across different pupil size and can't really think of a mechanism that could cause this. Same for eye lid lag
