Have been takingB12 sublingual pills for about two months. I have been experiencing a lot of weak muscles in left arm , which went away after having therapy, now the right wrist , therapy not helping. I find if I wear a wrist brace I can move the hand without pain. Also finding the knees feel tight, but no pain. Anyone experiencing these symptoms . Help.

My understanding of B12 treatment is that things will get significantly worse before they begin to improve ~ along with new symptoms presenting themselves during the course of the healing process. Perhaps this is what you are experiencing...
