I have been a vegetarian for many years, and then became vegan 4 years ago. I started noticing symptoms of neuropathy in November, and because I am bipolar it was suggested that it was all "in my head'.
My question is how much and how long do you need to be on B12 (methylcobalamin) sublinguals, and now a transdermal patch will it take to heal the neuropathy? I have problems with absorption.
I also have left sided weakness and went for an MRI of my neck, and my mouth has diminished sensation.
