Headaches and fatigue

Hi does anyone get bad headaches on forehead and real badifference fatigue,.my doctors can't get me in for jab till 8th of august which meanshould I'm 3 weeks late I feel awful .

You could try a private GP but they will obviously charge or Try high dose sub lingual for the interim.

Hopefully you will be on a regularly cycle and if so, like me, you might be able to set a 2 week reminder on your phone to book your next jab.

You could try a B12 patch. Or B12 liquid for under the tongue.

I also buy ActiveIron capsules from Boots to boost my ferritin levels.

As well as needing B12 people with B12 D and PA also need to make sure folate and ferritin are in balance with B12. So you may need to try adding extra supplements.

Thank you I'll get some today headaches awfull and brain fog too.it feels like my symptoms are coming back when I first got diagnosed 2 years ago.

Are you under any extra stress ? Sleeping less ? Use the computer for extended periods of time ?

Do you drink plenty of water

And how often are your injections ?

I have never tried but I wonder if you could get it at a walk in center
