Extra B12 injection for Fatigue?

I SI B12 on a regular basis (1 injection every 2 weeks) and take 400ug tablet daily. (Have been doing so for more than the last 6 months).

I was feeling fatigued in the last few days and thought I'll try an extra shot of B12 2-3 days after my normal shot of 1 in 2 weeks.

It made me feel even worse (as in fatigue).

Does anyone have any idea as to why this happened ? (It's the first time I took an extra injection so that it may help my fatigue).

It's been about 3 days since I had the extra injection.

Have you been "doing more" or perhaps it's the weather? Have you had your Folate level checked? I don't have a clue really because we are all different but I hope you get some answers here.

No, haven't been doing more but was thinking will get a "boost" with the injection but made me feel more tired. I usually can feel the injection maybe because I be running out of energy towards the end of 2 weeks before my injection is due.

I think no matter how frequently you inject the body gets accustomed and you be running low before your next jab.

I take Folic Acid daily but haven't had a blood test as only allowed 1 in 12 months.

I think I'll ask GP for a blood test.

Sadly the "one size fits all" syndrome doesn't work with so many of us.
