My gp says my level for folic acid is normal so I've never taken it.
Pa diagnosed 4y ago I self inject every other day .
My question is would I feel better with 5mg folic acid and should I take it everyday or just when I SI ?

No. 5mg doses of folic acid should only be taken when a doctor advises to do so.
Otherwise a normal folic acid tablet from the supermarket, 400 ug a day, should be sufficient.
