Neck really bad today, awaiting results of MRI but at moment ,i am using B12 sublinguals just for information as soon as I take folic acid with them within minutes there is relief Cant believe doc said i didnt need to take folic acid with the B12

Methyl folate is a better form, I am told. But you are obviously converting your folic acid to folate really well.

I am right off doctors at the moment!

For over 90% of the population folic acid is just as good as methylfolate. Indeed, some might say it's better - 1. It's cheaper; 2. It has a higher bioavailability.
