Im injecting B12 every other day until no further improvement

as per NICE guidelines for B12 deficiency with

neuro logical Involvement.

I could be needing extra potassium. Does anyone have any suggestions to

address the potential problem of low potassium?

Bananas and coconut water all the way. Taking potassium supplements isn't advised except under medical supervision.

LoSalt contains Potassium Chloride and Sodium Chloride. The level of sodium chloride is much lower than normal salt.

I had low B12 and they gave me a B12 injection, however the injection made my potassium level drop drastically, so I can not take B12 by injection.
