Has anyone gained strength I their legs with treatment and without exercise?

My most troubling symptom is the inability to walk. I use a walker. I'm two months into my treatment (methylcobalamin shots and lozenges) and was told it could take awhile for my legs to return to normal. Thanks.

Hi Blinkysmom, it took me about one year to recover but it is still not back to normal. I can walk now but not too fast and not too far.

Yes, I had 2 weeks of loading doses. Now I get one a week and take 5,000 methyl per day along with D and b6 and folate.

Hello blinkysmom. I'm assuming you have peripheral neuropathy, perhaps spinal cord damage? I had the same when I was diagnosed with PA. It did take a long time to get better, but I take walks now. If I overdo, the symptoms come back a little. Hopefully you are on 2 injections per week. Did you have loadiing doses, which are standard in the UK with neurological symptoms, but I don't know if they are official. Wish I had had them. Keep going.
