Based on results your B12 is low and so is your folate level if you have any of the symptoms common to B12 deficiency then hopefully your gp will look at the evidence and investigate to rule out PA and treat as necessary. You need an appointment back with your Gp to diagnose and treat. Hopefully you can get a result

Thanks for replying glad to have found somewhere I can ask questions.

Tried ringing today unable to get gp receptionist says diabetes borderline , no need to worry if important gp would have contacted me but I have told them I have a lot of the symptoms. Including depression this is getting so down. I m at a loss.

Sadly this is the case, B12 is just seen as non urgent and not something to worry about, but you know your symptoms and shouldn't suffer in silence work on getting an appointment ASAP and if necessary call every morning for any cancellations they will soon get the picture . Hopefully gp will diagnose and treat as needed. Keep in touch
