Injections over sublingual

Has anyone got any experience of starting injections even though they've gotten their serum and active b12 levels up using sublinguals?

Is there a big difference with regard to symptoms and healing?

Sublinguals will always be less efficient than injections in the sense that the % of B12 that gets into your blood is going to be lower but its also true that the rate at which you will lose B12 into urine will be higher if you have high levels in your blood.

Injection is likely to be the best way - i you have an absorption problem - of raising B12 levels enough to start healing but high(mega-high) oral B12/sublinguals may be enough to keep it topped up to the levels that support healing but that is a big may be as it depends on your individual bio-chemistry when it comes to B12 so it isn't going to work for everyone.

have the sublingual helped with symptoms? If so, then I'd stick with them. If not try injections.. If they don't help then it may be that ab12 isn't the (only) problem.

They do help but I'm not getting any better. I'm still worn out and some days light and noise really get me. My legs tingle and my tinnitus is annoying. My skin still burns and has a loss of sensation on my thigh.

I've gone from running a company doing 50-60 hours every week to laying in bed until 12 and going back to bed at 9pm nearly every day.

Exercise/exhertion wipes me out and it can last days.

I've lost nearly all of my confidence
