I saw a link here to US guidelines on treatment and diagnosis b12 def), but was following another thread and lost the link. Anyone able to point me to it?

The CDC in the US used to have a micro-site on treatment and diagnosis of B12 deficiency but it disappeared when they did a recent refresh a year or so ago and I haven't been able to find an equalivalent - doesn't mean there isn't one just that I haven't been able to find it.

Possible that there may be something on this site

but can't see anything obvious.

If you are a member of the PAS you could try contacting one of the groups in the US and see if they are aware of anything

Thank you. Everything I've found so far, pales in comparison to your's. Will check the link, tho I think I've been there too.
