Hi Lorna59. There have been quite a few posts on this topic recently and all who have contribute say yes, no,problems with B12 injections and the 'flu jab. Some have them both at the same time (but in different arms).
One person reported feeling unwell after having the 'flu jab but this was possibly because something was already 'brewing', rather than a problem with the jab itself.
I've had them for several years and never had a problem.
Hope this helps x

Same as Foggyme I've had them for years and usually whilst I'm having my B12 shot as it saves time.
I just had my flu jab this past Monday . Felt a bit run down on Tuesdaythe but that is the same for people who are not on B12 injections. Today I'm fine.
Definitely recommended.
If you react to the jab, just think how bad you might be if you were infected with a virile version of the virus!
Mine was fine had it at same time as b12 injection
Had flu jab yesterday, all ok but as usual very sore hot arm. As I have asthma though better a sore arm to flu! I think everyone has to weigh up their own circumstances.
