There is no evidence that high levels of B12 are harmful. There are some posters here who inject that frequently.

I am just about to learn how to self inject from the Nurse at my practice. The Dr has been really sweet but is now away. He told me injections under the skin but has put muscular on the screen. The Nurse is trying to get advice. Can anyone tell me where do you self inject yourself? I understand that 90% of us are doing so now. I see a Neurologist this month November, due to the dementia like symptoms which are awfull, ridiculous and scare me. My consultant dealing with my knees says I have it in my soles of my feet and vital to have something done. As far as I know Suresh you can inject every other day, that has been the recommendation from our Chairman for my symptoms.
