Folic acid supplementing

In another post I wrote about trying to get my b12 jabs reinstated.

When they were stopped b12 was >2000 and folate 22 (2 months supplementing)

My question is this

Currently on 3x5000 Swansons sublinguals daily, bcomplex and a multivit in the meantime.

Is the above folate level sufficient for now or should I still be supplementing to make the best use of the b12 ?

It depends on the units, but it's almost certainly OK. I'd stick with 500 ug of folic acid a day.
