at the very least point out to your GP the warning under the test result. It means that they should be evaluating your symptoms to decide if you have deficiency or not - and back to macrocytosis not being a necessary symptom - and it does specifically mention neuropathy as an OR not an AND.

The are so obsessed with range

Good point, rather than when u would !!! Drs seem to just want to wait till your out the range . It's about the person rather than the range rules. Let's wait for them to be really ill before we act 😤
