B12 loading doses

Hi Had ist b12 injections felt OK after it, 2nd one done Tues, late evening I started feeling really sick and had a bad headache, Has this happened to any one you, having 3rd b12 injection tomorrow, hoping the two things aren't connected.

If they are connected then you can take comfort in the knowledge that, from my experiences, the grotty feeling is a temporary thing and the effects lessens as you have more jabs. After a while I felt no bad effects.

Gods alone know why it happens. I've read many theories, but they are all speculation.

Thank you that's reasurred me, also got palpitations which I through had gone,no such luck.

It's a good idea to make your doctor aware of this. Potassium levels can go low with b12 supplementation, that's one possibility.

Nurse doing injections, if she can't help will book appointment to see gp thanks for your help.

I think it would help to eat a banana after the injection for some potassium
