2 X 3000 ENOUGH OF B12 LOZENGES BETWEEN B12 INJECTIONS WHEN VERY, VERY FATIGUED??

Managed to get hold of Dr. Chandy from B12d website and he suggested 2 x 3000 B12 lozonges. Do you guys think that would be high enough dose to get my fatigue gone after the Amoxicillin as I can't wait till my September B12 shot! Wondered if 5000s would be more effective.

think that there are responses on your earlier thread but personally I'd start with the suggestion and then increase if it doesn't seem to be doing the job.

I spoke to Pernicious Anaemia Soc and they recommended Better You under the tongue spray methylcobalamin. I was told that this works so well for some as it is an extremely high dose that they have done away entirely with needing injections. Unfortunately it doesn't work for everyone though. It is available from Holland and Barret. I need a daily injection but like everyone else have struggled to get a regular supply of methyl, hydroxo does nothing for me at all. I am now trying the spray and seeing if I can survive with fewer injections. No results yet as I only started on it last week.
