51, and just lost my job because of the company I work for getting bought out by a bigger company. Looking for life insurance. Suggestions?

there have been a few posts on the forum in terms of travel insurance but I've never come across anything on life insurance. You could try searching the forum for travel insurance and see what comes up - some have experienced problems with particular insurers in the past and others haven't

If your B12 is being 'treated' though it shouldn't be an issue for life-insurance. However, you should mention it as an underlying health condition to the insurer.

(Note: use of 'treated' just a reference to the disparity between practice per guidelines and the needs of individuals.

Hi Bridget, I'm sorry to hear you lost your job. I have to confess I can't immediately see the connection with needing life insurance. Do you mean you had a company life insurance policy which will now no longer operate? You mention you are 51; do you still have dependent children?

Not what you're looking for?
