Hi everyone,

I'm shortly (in about 2, months) moving from South Wales to Trowbridge in Wiltshire;  I'm looking for a GP Surgery in the Hilperton Area of Trowbridge,  are there any members of HealthUnlocked living in the Trowbridge Area?   someone who could recommend a GP Surgery with Doctors sympathetic to those suffering with Pernicious Anaemia (B12D) and severe Osteo Arthritis.  I have B12 injections every 10, weeks and see a Rheumatologist every few months; also recently been referred to the Hospital Orthopaedic Dept.   Any Help or information on the GP Surgeries in the Trowbridge area would be very much appreciated.

Hi there Nytsom. I live in the Trowbridge area and I go to Bradford on Avon health centre. My family of 5 have been registered there for 5 years and I have found them to be fantastic during this time. Well worth the extra travel from Hilperton. They have recently diagnosed me with B12 deficeincy, let me do my own loading doses and happy to move 3 monthly injections to 8 weekly if needed. Hope this helps. 😊

That is marvellous news; and certainly a consideration, even with the extra travel from Hilperton.

Thank you so much Sunshine, for the information; it's truly appreciated.

Hi I live on paxcroft Mead estate, and I have been going to my doctors forB12 deficiency and under-active thyroid. I have found Lovemead Surgery, Polebarn Road have been brilliant, so I thoroughly recommend.  Good Luck in your new home. 😃😃

Thanks Suzzie,

We're looking forward to moving in to the Paxcroft Mead Community.   We did look at a property in Corbin Road (not far from Walmsley Chase) then decided on the house in Orpington Way.
