HOW MUCH POTASSIUM DOES EVERYONE TAKE

Hello Everyone,

I've recently realised that taking more potassium alongside my B12 is helping me enormously, but sometimes I wonder if I should take more, then feel scared that I might take too much. Does anyone know what are considered normal/safe levels?
