Hi, I have neuropathy of the feet. I have taken most of the pills going for this. I have been having 10ml of morphine in the afternoon when it gets really bad. My pain clinic have now let me try lidocaine patches. I find you cannot where them during the day as they slip. I use them at night. ( only allowed on for 12 hours in a day) the pain is still their but dulled down a bit. when I take them off after about half hour my feet are in pain again, by the afternoon in so much pain I have to have morphine. I'm worried about asking my doctor about staying on the morphine. I know they worry about addiction on it, I only take 10ml once a day for the last 6 months and it helps. Some days I'm so low just stay in bed. Hate it . I'm 50 going on 100 😢

That sounds awful. When you say you've tried most of the pills I assume you mean things like amytriptaline, Gabapentin and Pregabalin? I use Gabapentin, which does a great job of killing the worst of the pain that used to keep me awake at night.
Another possibility (that, I must admit, doesn't seem to do anything for me) is to use a TENS machine. These use electric pulses to over-stimulate the nerves so they don't carry the pain signals. Many people swear by them.
I wish you lots of luck in finding a solution.
